You will also need a webcam, microphone, and speakers or headphones to be able to communicate with your instructor and fellow learners during the course.
In terms of software, we use video conferencing platforms such as Teams or Zoom to deliver our courses, so you will need to have these programs installed on your computer or laptop. You will also need to have an up-to-date web browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
Before the start of your course, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to access the virtual classroom and any additional materials you may need. Our team is also available to provide technical support should you encounter any issues during the course.
